Not fully satisfied with your newly purchased Festool tool? You automatically have a period of 15 days to return the tool after purchase and registration. You should be 100% satisfied with our quality, not a single bit less. If this is not the case, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price. After all, we value your judgement and it is of paramount importance that you are satisfied.

How can you benefit from this service?

  • Register your new tool for warranty all-inclusive within 30 days of purchase.
  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your tool in your daily work, return it to your Festool dealer within 15 days of purchase.
  • You will be refunded the full purchase price.

How does the process work?  

We provide this service to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the tool you have purchased. 

That is why you can return any registered tool to your Festool dealer within 15 days of purchase upon presenting your warranty certificate. The tool may be "lightly used" but must not be damaged and must be returned in its original packaging and complete with all items included.

In justified cases where the machine has been subject to above-average wear, the Festool dealer is entitled to refuse a reimbursement until the case has been reviewed and approved by us.
