Purchase a participating promotional tool during the promotional period from 5th October to 11th December 2026.

Step 2
Upload invoice

You’ll need a MyFestool account. Clicking on ‘Request a cordless drill’ will take you to the registration form, where you can claim your reward.

Step 3
Receive a bonus

Once we have successfully checked the documents you have submitted, we will send you the relevant reward free of charge. While stocks last.1

  • Which promotional products are included in the promotion?

  • How often can I take part in the promotion?
    A maximum of 4 entries per customer/business is permitted. This applies regardless of whether the same or different promotional products are purchased (e.g. 4x PLANEX = 4x reward (TXS 18) or 3x PLANEX and 1x DF 500 = 4x reward (TXS 18)).
  • Can you register second-hand promotional items if you have an invoice for them?
    According to the terms and conditions, this promotion applies exclusively to new goods. Second-hand goods are excluded from the promotion, even if you have received an official invoice.
  • Is it possible to register for the promotion retrospectively if the promotional product was purchased just before the promotion started?
    No, unfortunately that is not possible. To be eligible for the promotion, the invoice date must fall within the promotional period. If the invoice date is before the start of the promotional period, you are unfortunately not eligible to take part. Exception: For the PSC/PSBC 500 models, purchases made from 7 September 2026 onwards are eligible. For individual cases or enquiries, please contact us by email at customerservice-uk@festool.com.
  • I’ve lost my receipt. Can I still take part in the promotion?
    Unfortunately, it is not possible to take part without an invoice.
Promotional period
  • During what period must the promotional products be purchased?

    The purchase must take place between 5th October 2026 and 11th December 2026.

    Exception: For the PSC/PSBC 500, purchases made on or after 7th September 2026 will be taken into account.

    Important: Offer valid whilst stocks last! This means that the free gifts may run out early, meaning you may not be able to take part, even if your purchase was made during the official promotion period.

  • Within what timeframe do I need to submit my invoice in order to choose a bonus?

    Entries for the promotion must be submitted between 5th October 2026 and 18th December 2026.

    Important: Offer valid whilst stocks last! It is therefore important to register for the promotion promptly after purchase. The TXS 18 rewards may sell out early, meaning that it may no longer be possible to register for the promotion even during the official registration period.

  • How do you take part in the campaign?

    To be eligible for the bonus, you must purchase an eligible tool during the promotional period from 5th October to 11th December 2026 and upload the invoice and the type plate via the entry form by 18th December 2026 at the latest (while stocks last). Details can be found in the Terms and Conditions of Participation to be found.

    Important:

    • Only invoices from retailers are valid

    • No receipts or platform certificates

  • Is a MyFestool account essential for taking part in the Bonus Weeks?
    To take part in the promotion, participants must have a MyFestool account.
  • Does registering for the Bonus Weeks automatically mean that the machine is also registered for the Festool All-Inclusive Guarantee?
    Yes, your newly purchased tool will automatically be registered for the all-inclusive warranty once you have completed the Bonus Weeks registration process. Your TXS 18 will also be automatically registered for the all-inclusive warranty once it has been delivered.
  • Is registration for the Bonus Weeks automatic when I register my machine for the Festool All-Inclusive Warranty?
    No! Simply registering your promotional tool under the warranty does not constitute a promotion registration and therefore does not entitle you to the reward.
  • Can I use the same invoice to complete several registration forms?
    Yes, this is perfectly possible. However, the separate forms for the various promotional products must be completed in full – i.e. including the upload of the invoice and the relevant terms and conditions must be met. A maximum of four entries for the Bonus Weeks will be accepted.
  • Can you register two identical tools for the Bonus Weeks at the same time, as they are on the same invoice?
    Unfortunately, that is not possible. You must register each product individually and upload the invoice and the type plate separately each time. However, you do not need two separate invoices for the products.
  • Is it possible to enter by post?
    No, entry by post is not permitted. Entry is exclusively online via the entry form and using your MyFestool account.
  • Can the invoice also include other items or products?
    Yes, that’s no problem.

  • What reward will I receive when I buy which promotional product?

  • When will the reward be sent?
    Once the order has been successfully processed, it will be dispatched within 6 weeks to the specified delivery address.
  • Will I be notified of the current processing status?

    Once your details have been checked, you will receive a further email confirming that everything has been successfully verified and that your reward will be dispatched shortly. If, whilst checking your details, we notice that any information is still missing, we’ll get back to you by email. If the reward cannot be delivered and is returned, you’ll also receive an email about this.

    Alternatively, you can check the status at any time in your MyFestool View account.

  • Will I also receive the bonus in the Festool online shop?
    Yes, the bonus is automatically added to your basket. You therefore do not need to register separately for the Bonus Weeks.
Returns
  • What happens if I return my promotional item?
    If a promotional product that has already been registered for the promotion is returned, the entitlement to the reward will lapse. Any benefits already granted must be refunded. To return the reward, please contact us by email at customerservice-uk@festool.com. If this does not happen, our customer services team will contact you directly regarding the return.
