Introduction

Simply the best for dustfree work.

  • Keeping your work clean has never been so easy: thanks to its smooth exterior, the new suction hose ensures everything runs smoothly with improved suction.

  • Practical features on the mobile dust extractors help improve workplace organisation and improve the clear up process.

  • The innovative Bluetooth technology works for both occasional clean-up work and when using cordless tools with the Bluetooth battery packs.

Mobile dust extractors

Simply practical.

  • Make a good impression on customers with the new Festool mobile dust extractors. Use the T-LOC to attach your SYSTAINER to the new SYS-Dock in an instant. This transforms your dust extractor into a mobile work station, with all your working materials at your fingertips so you can get started straight away – without wasting time unwinding the cable thanks to the new folding mechanism.

  • NEW

    Strong connection with T-LOC

For secure coupling of SYSTAINER, SORTAINER and SYS-ToolBox*.

    * With all Festool mobile dust extractors except the CT 17, CTL 26 E AC HD and CTL/CTM 36 E AC HD.
  • Full utilisation of the container capacity

Thanks to the well-thought-out container geometry and space-saving flat filter, the net volume in Festool mobile dust extractors is virtually the same as the gross volume.

  • Hose holder

Protects suction hose and mains power cable from damage. ‘Parking’ the suction hose in the hose holder guarantees compact, clean transportation.

  • 10-year spare parts availability

We will hold every spare part for your tool in stock for 10 years – at least. If, in exceptional cases, a spare part is not available, we will send you a new replacement tool free of charge.

  • NEW

    Rapid cable unwinding

It’s quick and easy to remove the cable thanks to a clever folding mechanism.**

** Not with the CT 17, CTL SYS, CTL MINI, CTL MIDI, CTL 26 E AC HD and CTL/CTM 36 E AC HD.
Overview of dust classes

Suction hose

Simply flexible.

Smooth, elastic and extremely robust: the new suction hose impresses with improved handling and a longer service life. It glides over any edges and ensures improved suction thanks to its conical geometry. Clever extra benefits: The new CLEANTEC dust-extraction sleeve means the ends of the hose can be connected to each other – to transport it cleanly or to extend the suction hose, depending on what you need.

  • NEW

    Conical geometry for improved suction

For reduced friction and increased airflow, resulting in better suction and faster progress with your work.

  • Handy for clean transportation

The two ends of the hose can be plugged into each other for transportation – keeping any leftover dust particles safely in the hose.

  • NEW

    CLEANTEC dust-extraction sleeve

With a bayonet fitting for secure connection of the suction hose to the tool and, if needed, to connect two suction hoses to each other to produce one long hose.

  • NEW

    Smooth exterior

For gliding perfectly over any surface or edge – the extremely robust, smooth exterior protects the flexible suction hose inside. Ideal for working with the Festool guide rail.

Bluetooth

Simply good communication.

  • The combination of the Bluetooth module on your CLEANTEC mobile dust extractor and the remote control on the suction hose saves you from having to go over to the mobile dust extractor: Simply start the dust extractor from the hose using the remote control. Ideal for occasional little clean-up jobs. And that’s not all – used with the Bluetooth battery packs, the Bluetooth module will also start the dust extractor when you switch your cordless tool on. So now you can benefit from the perfectly thought-out dust-free system from Festool when you’re working with Festool cordless products, too.

  • NEW

    Bluetooth remote

For switching on the mobile dust extractor directly at the suction hose – even when the extractor is in AUTO mode.

  • NEW

    Bluetooth module

For switching on your mobile dust extractor automatically using the remote control or the Bluetooth battery pack, simply fit the module to the vacant slot on your Festool mobile dust extractor*.

    * Only suitable for retrofitting to the CT 26/36/48. Must be carried out by a qualified electrician.
  • NEW

    Bluetooth battery packs**

For communication with the Bluetooth module on your mobile dust extractor – and to make sure even cordless tools start automatically when the mobile dust extractor is switched on.

** Battery packs available exclusively as accessories (with 5.2 Ah and with 6.2 Ah).
  • 36 months of free repairs

If your tool develops a fault, it will be repaired free of charge, including labour, replacement parts and even wear parts. Also available for battery packs and chargers. At your request, the transport service will collect the tool from you and return it – again free of charge.

Dust classes L, M and H

We provide a clear perspective

For all hazardous dust there are recommended exposure limits in mg/m3 of air, which are defined within the framework of dust classes. This standard classifies the dust into three classes: L, M and H. The exposure limit represents the maximum dust concentration in the air, at which no health damage can be expected during long work periods (eight hours a day, five days a week). The lower the occupational exposure limit in mg/m3 in the air, the more dangerous the dust and therefore the higher the health hazard.
