Lever clamps
With our FS-HZ lever clamps, you can fix your workpiece up to five times faster than with conventional fastening clamps. A lever mechanism presses the movable clamping jaws of the clamp against your workpiece. Due to the fact that the application pressure is generated and released using the lever, you can clamp workpieces particularly easily, in a single step. The lever clamp is also especially impervious to vibrations, and is consequently particularly well-suited to application in the machine environment.
Fastening clamps
You can use the FSZ fastening clamps in a variety of ways. They are perfectly coordinated to the clamp groove on the guide rail, in the MFT and on the machine. The clamps have a fixed and a movable clamping arm, between which you can securely fix your workpiece by turning the threaded spindle. Manual clamping allows you to precisely control the clamping force and tighten it evenly, which is an advantage for applications with sensitive surfaces. Another benefit is that manual, forceful tightening of the screw results in a higher contact force. They are ideally suited to any of your projects where a high clamping pressure is required.
MFT lever clamp
This clamp securely holds your workpieces without slipping. The fact that it is especially compatible with the MFT hole pattern means that you can easily and flexibly place it where you need it, on a multifunction table or in the mobile workshop. You can clamp and release the clamp lever quickly and conveniently using only one hand, for an optimum workflow.
MFT clamping elements
Because workpieces do not always have straight edges, you can use the clamping element to clamp all workpiece shapes – even round ones. You can flexibly secure the clamp and the counterpiece in the MFT hole pattern or the mobile workshop precisely so that it is appropriate for your shape and size. And best of all: Thanks to horizontal fixing, you can machine the entire surface of the workpiece without moving the clamps.
Quick-action clamp
You can use the FS-Rapid for clamping whenever you cannot use a classic clamp. You can clamp the guide rail laterally over your workpiece between the clamping jaw and the fixed jaw with a single hand movement. Particularly practical for thick bundles of insulating material, for example.
