How do I take part in the campaign?

The prerequisite for payment of the cashback is the purchase of a participating machine during the promotion period from 7 April 2026 to 30 June 2026 and the uploading of the invoice and a photo of the machine's rating plate to the personal MyFestool account by 12 July 2026 at the latest. Details can be found in the conditions of participation.

Can I participate via the Festool App?

Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment. Please use the cashback form on the Festool website.

I have registered for MyFestool. Do I get cashback now?

Registering with My Festool is not the same as registering for cashback! You still need to register the machine for warranty and fill in the cashback form.

Is the machine automatically registered for the Festool all-inclusive warranty when I register for cashback?

The machine is directly registered for Warranty all-inclusive. Caution: If you only register for Warranty all-inclusive, the product is not automatically registered for Cashback!

Is it possible to register two promotional products for cashback at the same time, as they are on one invoice?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. It is necessary to register each product individually and upload the invoice separately each time. However, you do not need two separate invoices for the products.

Will I be informed about the current processing status?

We will of course keep you up to date. If your registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your data has been checked, you will receive another email to confirm that everything went well and your cashback will be transferred to the bank account you specified. If we realise during the data check that we are still missing information, we will of course get in touch with you

Alternatively, you can check the status at any time in your MyFestool account.

I have lost my invoice. Can I still take part in the cashback promotion?

Unfortunately, participation is not possible without an invoice.

Did the registration of the promotional product for the cashback campaign work, even if I did not receive a confirmation e-mail?

We recommend that you check the status in your MyFestool account. If nothing is displayed there, please send an email to customerservice-uk@festool.com. They will check whether everything went well with your registration.
