OFFICIAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

ELIGIBILITY: The HKC 55 K Estimating Competition (the "Competition") organised by Festool Deutschland GmbH, Wertstraße 20, 73240 Wendlingen, Germany ("Festool") is open to all natural and legal persons who are resident or domiciled in Germany and have reached the age of majority. Employees, directors, officers, representatives and agents of Festool or its affiliates and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition.

PERIOD OF PARTICIPATION: The competition begins on 01 October 2025 and ends on 16 November 2025, unless suspended or terminated earlier as described herein ("Entry Period"). Entries will be accepted until the end of the Entry Period.

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase is necessary. Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Entrants must either log in to their MyFestool account at www.festool.de/myfestool or create a free MyFestool account if they do not already have one. To enter:

1. Click on the giveaway link at the top of the MyFestool page and
2. Complete the competition registration form and answer the two guessing questions about the HKC 55 K. Optionally, answer an additional question to Increase your chance of winning.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: At the end of the Entry Period, Festool will evaluate all entries and select the one (1) entrant whose answers are closest to the correct result as the winner of the Contest (the "Selected Entrant"). In the event that multiple entries have the same deviation from the correct result, the answer to the additional question will be decisive. The Selected Entrant will be notified by email within fourteen (14) calendar days of the end of the Entry Period. Festool is not responsible for any failed attempts to contact the selected winner. If a selected entrant does not respond within three (3) business days of notification, declines the prize, fails to provide proof of eligibility when requested, or fails to return the above Declaration and Release, Transfer and Waiver, another entrant will be selected.

AWARD OF PRIZE: The winner will receive an HKC 55 K Basic set incl. Energy set. Legal recourse and cash payment of the prize are excluded. If the prize is not accepted within two months of receipt of the prize notification or if delivery to the specified address is not possible, the claim will automatically expire. In this case, Festool reserves the right to award the prize elsewhere.

GENERAL: Festool is responsible for the cost of despatching the HKC 55 K to the winner. Festool is not responsible for any other costs associated with the receipt or use of the HKC 55 K, nor for any loss, theft or misuse of the HKC 55 K.

Festool reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time or to change or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

By entering the Competition, all entrants and winners agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and consent to the use of their personal data for the purposes of running and implementing the Competition.

Festool and its affiliates and organisations and all respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion and fulfilment agencies and legal counsel are not responsible or liable for: (i) any malfunction, failure or other difficulty of any website, telephone, electronic, hardware or software, access provider, server, network, Internet or computer; (ii) any untransmitted, incomplete, unreadable or delayed Submission information or computer transmissions, or heavy traffic or congestion on the Internet or on any other network or computer. (iii) any condition caused by events beyond Festool's reasonable control that results in interruption or disruption of the Contest; (iv) inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming used in the Contest, human processing or otherwise, or any combination thereof; or (v) any injury, loss, damage of any kind incurred in connection with or arising out of an HKC 55 K or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of an HKC 55 K and participation in the Contest. Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, damaged, out of shape, transmitted by unauthorised means or does not comply with any clause of the Terms and Conditions may be disqualified by Festool. Festool accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, late or destroyed entries or for typographical or other production errors. Festool is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the promotion of the competition.

Festool reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Contest at any time if a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorised intervention or technical problem of any kind corrupts the administration, security or proper conduct of the Contest. Festool also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Festool account or otherwise violates these Official Rules. The use of computer programmes and/or automated devices to submit entries for the competition is not permitted. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to release Festool, its affiliates and organisations, and all respective directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies and legal counsel from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and legal actions in connection with the Contest or resulting from the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of any HKC 55 K including, but not limited to, the use or misuse of any HKC 55 K. HKC 55 K including, but not limited to, personal injury, death and property damage and claims based on rights of publicity, defamation or invasion of privacy. Any question concerning the validity, interpretation or enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Festool shall be governed by German law, without giving effect to any conflict of law rules that might otherwise apply.

DATA PROTECTION: Personal data will be processed by Festool in the context of the Competition. Purpose and legal basis of the processing: The personal data provided by the participants will be used by Festool and Festool GmbH for the execution and implementation of the competition. The legal basis for the processing is the consent of the participants in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. Categories of recipients of the personal data: Data may be forwarded to TTS Tooltechnic Systems AG & Co. KG (server hosting). The legal basis for this is our company interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Duration of storage: Your data will be stored for as long as the present purpose exists or you have exercised your right to object. Your data will be deleted within six (6) months of the end of the competition at the latest. Rights of the data subjects: Participants can object to the processing of their data at any time by sending an email to datenschutz@tts-company.com. In this case, their data will be deleted immediately - unfortunately, further participation in the competition is then no longer possible.
