Your tool has disappeared. Stolen. Although this is annoying, it’s no reason to get worked up. This is because, for the first three years, we will replace it straight away with a brand new tool for a small excess. After all we want you to be able to start working again with the Festool tool that you are familiar with as quickly as possible. 

How can you benefit from this service?

  • Registration Page - Customer your new tool for warranty all-inclusive within 30 days of purchase.
  • If your tool is then stolen, report the loss immediately to the police.
  • Present the theft report and the warranty certificate to your dealer or Festool directly.
  • You will receive a new Festool tool after payment of an excess of £110 net (excl. VAT)*.

How does the process work? 

In case of theft, you will receive a new device to replace your stolen tool from us. You simply have to pay an excess of £110 net (excl. VAT)*. There are no other costs. We provide this service for all Festool tools registered with warranty all-inclusive for three years from the date on the original sales slip. The replacement machine is not protected against theft. 

To take advantage of this service, the theft must be reported immediately to the relevant police authorities. Notice of the theft must be presented to a Festool dealer of Festool directly together with your warranty certificate within five days of the theft. If given to the dealer they will submit the documents to us for inspection. 

Once checked, Festool will inform you of the status and the new device can be collected from your dealer, once approved by Festool, upon receipt of payment of the above-mentioned excess.


For products of the product category Power Station, a different deductible of £880 net (excl. VAT) applies.
