The Festool App can be used on smartphones and tablets with Android and iOS. You can download the app free of charge from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

The Bluetooth® connection between your smartphone and tool gives you access to a wider range of features on your tool, allowing you to view the current charge status of your battery or other technical data on your tool. In some cases, you can also configure the light setting, for example, and thus work even better.

A MyFestool customer account is not mandatory, but is essential for managing your tools. Please note that your customer account will only work in the country in which you have created it.

• Part number and serial number if it is a tool problem

If you have a problem with your MyFestool customer account, please check whether the problem also exists on the website.
